Implementation of   yet Another Differential Equation Solver

which solves ODEs and System of ODES, i.e., the Lotka-Volterra Model

and parabolic and hyperbolic PDEs in 1D.

Using computer simulation and mathematics one can model biological problems.
Using OpenGL I have implemented a DataViewer to visualize 3D data sets of an angiogenesis model.
